Transmission costs include projects that have gone through the RTEP process. How are transmission projects approved by PJM but not yet completed the SCC process treated in the IRP.
For purposes of the IRP, Dominion Energy includes transmission projects that have gone through the RTEP process as part of its forecasted transmission costs. While these projects may still require additional approvals, including review by the SCC, the RTEP process provides the Company line of sight for identifying and forecasting future transmission investments.
