Will the Company be providing detailed input on the PJM forecast of DOM data center load, setting forth where the load is emerging, over what timeframe, and what the criteria are for load that is included in the forecast?

The Company discussed data center forecasting methodology during the April 29, 2026 "Modeling Meeting 1." Recordings from the Modeling Meeting as well as questions and answers are available on the Stakeholder Process website.

At the SCC’s directive, the Company uses the PJM Derived Load Forecast in the development of IRP Portfolios. For detailed information about load forecast methodology, please see Appendix 2A from the 2024 VA/NC IRP, available at https://www.dominionenergy.com/about/our-company/irp. In addition, the Load Forecast section of the 2025 IRP Update can be found in Chapter 2.1.
