Please provide a detailed explanation of what the model will assume with regard to transmission lines -- when new lines will be added, where, at what cost, and when will the start years be.
The 2025 IRP Update included Appendix 2C-1 "List of Transmission Projects Under Construction" and Appendix 2C-2 “List of Planned Transmission Projects during the Planning Period”. These appendices list transmission projects under construction and planned during the IRP planning period. The appendices list a project description, line voltage, target date, location and PJM RTEP cost estimates.
An updated version of these Appendices will be included in the 2026 IRP filing.
