The SCC's final order on the 2024 states: "In modeling Dominion’s next IRP, Dominion and Staff shall work together to develop a locational model in PLEXOS using no more than four (4) Virginia-specific regional nodes." Was that direction changed during the 2025 update process, or does Dominion plan to add some load nodes to the model?

The Company will work together with SCC Staff to develop a locational model for future IRP filings.

• Will you be modeling data center "flexibility" in how/when they use electricity? How much can this flexibility lower the peak load from data centers and lower transmission and generation needs?
• What is the cut off for when "existing" or under construction generation is considered for the IRP? The 2026 general assembly authorized balcony solar, so I am curious if the model will encapsulate this
