Will PJM's emerging proposal for NCBL (Non-Capacity Backed Load) be addressed in the 2025 IRP Update?

Non-Capacity-Backed Load (NCBL) is a nascent proposal from PJM and not yet sufficiently developed for the Company to provide substantive comment at this time.
