What is HB429/SB249 and when will Dominion be required to meet those requirements?

House Bill 429 / Senate Bill 249 (Chapter 607) amended §§ 56-597, 56-598, and 56-599 of the Code of Virginia related to integrated resource plan filings. As stated in previous Q&A, the updated requirements are effective for the 2027 IRP.
