How is the reserve margin established by PJM modeled?
The reserve margin, which is provided by PJM, is used in the PLEXOS model as a constraint the model must meet in its solution set.

Will your modeling for environmental impacts be limited to the DOM system? Will it exclude NOX, SOX, PM2.5, etc. associated with on-site data centers? Or data center PPAs with non-DOM providers?
