In addition to PJM-driven inputs, is Dominion evaluating grid-enhancing technologies (GETs), advanced conductors, or other advanced transmission technologies to address system conditions such as rebuilds, outages, or congestion events that may not be fully captured in standard planning assumptions?

Dominion Energy is actively monitoring and evaluating emerging transmission technologies, including GETs and advanced conductors, outside of specific PJM planning cycles. This includes ongoing engagement with vendors and industry organizations to better understand the capabilities and potential applications of these technologies.

As an example, the Company has already undertaken initiatives such as dynamic line rating pilots to explore how these types of solutions can support system performance. Dominion Energy continues to assess how these technologies may be applied under a variety of system conditions, including those that may not be fully captured in standard planning cases.

In parallel, the Company works to ensure that it has sufficient understanding of these technologies to support potential implementation through PJM processes, including preparation for RTEP open window opportunities.
