In the 2026 IRP, will you be modeling data center "flexibility" in how/when data centers use electricity? How much can this flexibility lower the peak load from data centers and lower transmission and generation needs?
Please refer to the Q&A from Modeling Meeting 1 (

). A decision on a voluntary demand flexibility program for data centers is not expected until November 30, 2027. SB 371 (Chapter 378) requires the Company (and APCo) to file petitions for approval of a voluntary demand flexibility program that applies to high energy demand customers by January 15, 2027. The Commission must issue a final order on the petition by November 30, 2027.

When will answers be posted to questions already asked in other Stakeholder meetings?
What is Dominion's assumption for EE/DSM/DR levels? Specifically, is the Company assuming historical performance/savings, increased savings, or decreased savings over time? Regarding DR specifically, is the Company assuming that new large loads have interruptible service or other load-modifying capabilities to shift or reduce usage at peak?
