GPI states they will share the Stakeholder Input Case Survey with all stakeholders via email by Friday, July 17th. Who are "all stakeholders"?  How many are on the list and how was the list compiled?

For the 2026 IRP Stakeholder Process, Dominion Energy utilized its 2025 stakeholder list, which included participants from past IRP proceedings; staff from the Virginia State Corporation Commission (“SCC”) and North Carolina Utilities Commission (“NCUC”); other local, state, and federal officials; non-governmental organizations; tribal nations; nonprofit groups; the military and defense sector; labor unions; businesses and large energy users; and individual citizens, among others. To date, over 300 stakeholders have engaged in this process.

To expand outreach and encourage participation from new stakeholders, the Company once again published public notices in 26 newspapers in Virginia and 23 newspapers in North Carolina. These notices were strategically placed to reach a broad geographic and demographic audience, including underserved and rural communities.
