Does Dominion have rights to the full nameplate capacity of the Bath County Pumped Storage Station, and if not, is it considering acquiring or contracting for the remaining capacity?
Dominion Energy owns 60% of the Bath County Pumped Storage Station, while the remaining 40% is owned by other parties. Although Dominion Energy would be open to acquiring or contracting for additional capacity, any such arrangement would depend on the willingness of the other owners to sell or enter a contract.
