What are the top 5 "commodities" in terms of total commodity cost? Can you give a complete list of the "commodities" ranked by total cost? Are transmission lines, turbines, and labor considered commodities?

The primary commodity cost categories reflected in the portfolio results generally include energy prices, capacity prices, fuel costs (such as natural gas), and renewable energy certificates (RECs). These components represent the major drivers of commodity related costs produced by the model across portfolios. A full list of commodities, including their price forecast, was published in Appendix 5B of the 2025 IRP Update.

Capital items such as turbines, transmission lines, and labor are addressed separately through capital and system investment cost categories and are not considered commodities within the IRP modeling framework.
