Will Dominion consider discontinuing DSM programs that persistently fail cost-effectiveness tests?

Dominion Energy does not automatically end programs with poor EM&V results, as some programs need time to show results and can be affected by various factors. EM&V results are reviewed annually and incorporated into cost-benefit analyses.
