Please explain the terms "Data Center Choice" and "Retail" with respect to data centers.

Data Center Choice customers are customers that have opted-in to the retail choice program, so they are not DOM LSE customers, even though they are within the Company's service territory. Data Center Choice customers have elected to have their generation supplied by a third-party competitive retailer.
