How will you model the new push for data centers to provide their own on-site power? What assumptions will you make? How will the modeling allow wide variations in on-site data center power to influence transmission needs, new power generation needs, and costs?
On April 16, 2026, in Docket No. RM26-4-000 (Large Load Interconnection Docket), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an "Order Regarding Intent to Act," indicating that FERC intends to act with respect to this docket by the end of June 2026. The Company will review FERC’s decision when it is issued to determine if/how it could be incorporated in future IRPs.
