Regarding transmission constraints, does the IRP model include more than one zone and account for interzonal transfer limits?
The Company’s IRPs have included the Dominion LSE and an aggregate zone representing the interconnect of Dom Zone to PJM and utilities to the south of Dominion Energy. Transfer limits between the Dom Zone and the surrounding regions have been modeled in aggregate.
