Does the Company have ESAs and CLOA contracts as far out as 20 years? If not, how can that inform an IRP with a 20-year modeling period?

The Company has CLOAs signed 3-7 years in advance of meter set. ESAs are signed one year in advance of meter set. ESAs and CLOAs do not currently drive the 20-year forecast, but rather provide validation to the forecasted demand curves.
