Recognizing that the IRP is not a near-term construction and retirement plan, are there documents or resources regarding a near-term construction plan?

In the 2025 VA/NC IRP Update, Chapter 3.6 described "The Five-Year Reliability Plan."  We expect the 2026 IRP to include a similar discussion.  While IRPs and IRP Updates are not a request to approve any specific resource, information about specific projects is generally available when a request for a "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity," or CPCN, is filed with the Commission.
