Is the environmental justice map being produced at census block track level and locality parameters for uses? Could counties be superimposed onto this map?

In response to stakeholder feedback, Dominion Energy is including a map in the 2024 IRP depicting EJ communities in the Commonwealth through application of the Virginia Environmental Justice Act (VEJA) definitions at the U.S. Census block group level. Dominion Energy will consider the suggestion regarding inclusion of county boundaries.
