What is the definition of "imports" in the model? Does it include out-of-state Company-owned or PPA generation?

Imports represent purchases outside of the existing fleet, from units that the Company either doesn't own, or with which the Company doesn't have a Purchased Power Agreement (PPA).

Company-owned and PPA generation are not considered "imports" in the model.
