Are the supply requirements to operate the fission generation facility included in the load and supply forecasts?

The energy output reflected in the IRP is modeled on a net basis - meaning it is already adjusted for station service (house) loads. As a result, any internal consumption required to operate the facility is accounted for within the net generation assumptions.

If the question is specifically about additional external supply needed during startup or commissioning to initially energize the plant, the facility would still deliver generation to the grid during startup and commissioning. From a planning perspective, the IRP reflects ongoing net output rather than gross generation with separate treatment of internal loads.
