Will stakeholders have access to the IRP modeling tools and inputs?
House Bill 429 / Senate Bill 249 addresses stakeholder access to modeling tools and inputs. As stated previously, the Company is actively considering how to reflect these requirements in future IRP processes, assumptions, modeling, analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities, but does not plan to provide PLEXOS licenses for the 2026 IRP cycle.
