Will Dominion provide PLEXOS licenses (free or at a discount) to intervenors to allow them to work directly with IRP models?

Recent legislation signed by the Governor of Virginia specifies that these provisions will take effect beginning with the 2027 IRP. The Company is actively considering how to reflect these requirements in future IRP processes, assumptions, modeling, analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities, but does not plan to provide PLEXOS licenses for the 2026 IRP cycle.
