Why is Dominion relying exclusively on PJMs load forecast, instead of its own (presumably more nuanced) load forecasting? It seems like Dominion would want to use the most sensitive and detailed information available, especially in the data center/new load context.

As required by the Virginia State Corporation Commission, Dominion Energy uses PJM’s most current load forecast for the DOM Zone.  Dominion Energy also runs a sensitivity using its own load forecast.
