What is the flexibility of changing the modeling once we have begun?
There are some aspects of modeling that are easier to modify once modeling has started than others. For example, some sensitivities on alternative plans are a little easier to be added or modified after modeling has started. Alternatively, there are other aspects that we cannot change once we start modeling. An example of this is market assumptions and commodity forecasts which are commissioned from a third-party ahead of modeling. Once received and entered into the model, these inputs are final and cannot be changed.
