What inputs are the basis for the high and low load growth sensitivities?

Traditionally, the Dominion Energy’s IRPs have included “sensitivities” or scenarios that examine how a plan would change if load growth was higher or lower than the forecast. For the 2024 IRP, Dominion Energy expects to include various scenarios that consider high and low growth sensitivities, potentially including scenarios that focus on the forecasted growth attributed to the data center customer sector. Dominion Energy is still evaluating options for sensitivities for the 2024 IRP.
