Is Dominion Energy remaining with Fixed Resource Requirement (FRR)?

On May 2, 2024, Dominion Energy announced its intention to leave the Fixed Resource Requirement (FRR) alternative that allows load-serving entities in PJM to cover the capacity load in their service area, and return to PJM’s capacity market known as the Reliability Pricing Model (RPM), as of the 2025/26 base residual auction.
