How will Dominion Energy model various load forecast scenarios such as increases of 5% or 10%, or for extreme highs or lows, including data center forecasts? Can Dominion Energy model a high demand data center scenario?

The Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) will have various load forecast scenarios, including data centers.  We are also considering a scenario that assumes non-normal weather.
