How much of the PJM forecasted data center load will be assumed to be “bring-your-own generation” -- on-site generation, not grid based?

As previously posted here: Stakeholder Questions and Answers - Dominion IRP - How will you model the new push for data centers to provide their own on-site power?

On April 16, 2026, in Docket No. RM26-4-000 (Large Load Interconnection Docket), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an "Order Regarding Intent to Act," indicating that FERC intends to act with respect to this docket by the end of June 2026. The Company will review FERC’s decision when it is issued to determine if/how it could be incorporated in future IRPs.

For detailed information about load forecast methodology, please see Appendix 2A from the 2024 VA/NC IRP, available at https://www.dominionenergy.com/about/our-company/irp.
