On April 16, 2026, in Docket No. RM26-4-000 (Large Load Interconnection Docket), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an "Order Regarding Intent to Act," indicating that FERC intends to act with respect to this docket by the end of June 2026.
