How is Dominion Energy handling load growth? Why was load growth not included in the first session?

As required by the Virginia State Corporation Commission, Dominion Energy uses PJM’s most current load forecast for the DOM Zone in its IRP modeling.  The IRP presents a spectrum of plans and scenarios for meeting forecasted growth.  Load growth will be discussed in Phase Three Workshop Three.  Dominion Energy IRP Stakeholder Meetings & Materials
