How does Dominion Energy incorporate programs like energy efficiency into the modeling?
Projected savings from energy efficiency programs are incorporated into the Integrated Resource Plan modeling as an adjustment to the PJM load forecast. As required by our regulators, Dominion Energy also includes a discussion of all existing utility demand side management programs, measures, and rates.
