Dominion Energy’s core mission is to provide the reliable, affordable, and increasingly clean energy that powers our customers every day. These tenets are carefully balanced and optimized, along with over 160 regulatory and legislative requirements, when running and processing the model for the Integrated Resource Plan.
Over the long term, achieving the clean energy goals of Virginia, North Carolina, and Dominion Energy will require supportive legislative and regulatory policies, technological advancements, grid modernization, and broader investments across the economy to achieve net-zero by 2045 or sooner.
