How are the costs of energy efficiency and demand response programs allocated, and which customer classes pay for them? Additionally, what was the total cost of these programs in the most recent year available?

The Company has an energy efficiency rider (Rider C4A) and a peak shaving rider (Rider C1A). While Large General Service customers can opt out of Rider C4A, there is no opt-out provision in Rider C1A. Total costs of these programs, including the Peak Time Rebate Program, are available in the Company’s most recent Demand Side Management filing, Case No. PUR-2025-00210.
