How are customer incentive levels determined for demand-side management (DSM) programs, such as the EV Charger Rewards Program?
The design, costs, benefits, and customer incentives associated with specific demand-side management (DSM) programs, including the EV Charger Rewards Program, are addressed through separate regulatory proceedings and program-specific filings rather than through the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) process. As a result, detailed questions regarding the development of individual program incentives are outside the scope of the IRP stakeholder process.
