Could there be a scenario built around the outcome of the transmission study that could explore various import/export constraints?

Dominion Energy continues to analyze the results of the transmission study and has not made a determination as to any sensitivities involving the import/export constraints.

• Please provide a detailed layout of the remainder of the stakeholder process, including specific details of i) the upcoming meeting dates, topics, and expected outcomes; ii) the next steps in the modeling process; iii) the dates by which stakeholders should expect to have access to detailed inputs, assumptions, and preliminary modeling results; and iv) the deadline to provide feedback on the modeling results, as well as other comment opportunity deadlines.
• Do you include the entire DOM Zone within PJM’s load forecast, which includes Co-Ops (NOVEC, MEC, REC, etc.), as part of your IRP analysis to determine resource adequacy? Or do you only assess the DOM LSE, which would only include Dominion’s distribution service territory?
