Who are the third-party facilitators?
Dominion Energy has partnered with the Great Plains Institute (GPI) to provide neutral, third-party facilitation services for the Company’s 2026 IRP stakeholder engagement process.
For more than 25 years, GPI has convened parties and stakeholders with diverse interests to build shared understanding on complex energy topics. Combining skilled facilitation with substantive expertise, GPI executes processes that are transparent, respectful, inclusive, grounded in procedural rigor, and attuned to the regulatory environment.
